When we order clothes from an e-shop and cannot try them on, it sometimes happens that the clothes don't fit.
At Atelier, returns are easy. No need to fill out lengthy forms.

Put the clothes back in the box. They must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and unworn. You don't need to write an address on the box, as the post office will print the address label for you. Just dictate the name of the address. That's it.
If you want to exchange the goods, just write an e-mail and we will write to you immediately and confirm the exchange.
You pay the costs of returning the package. Everything is free for exchanges. Your sending the package back and our sending the package to you.

You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery. They must be unused, unworn, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Simply send an email to atelier 96@icloud.com stating that you are returning the goods and include your order number. Then simply send the parcel to our address.
After delivery and inspection, we will refund you the amount in the same way as the payment was made.
